DESCRIPTION:
You have just found the nicest Road King on the planet! It has been completely customized with the best parts available on the market and has a build cost that exceeds $60,000. The only thing stock on the beauty is the frame and the tins which have been custom painted in a gorgeous Candy Apple Red with ghost flames. When it was painted the rivets were filled in on the front fender and the rims were also color matched to the rest of the bike. The heart of this bad boy is the original motor which was completely rebuilt twice (in 2002 and again in 2007) as the owner had to have the latest and greatest in both horsepower and torque. The end result is a 103” engine with a 51mm throttle body, a Woods cam and a Power Commander III which all work together to enable this bike to produce 118hp with 124 foot pounds of torque. At the same time the engine was rebuilt the transmission was upgraded to a Baker 6 speed and it all sounds just plain nasty ripping Thunderheader exhaust! Not only does sound incredible but it looks better than it sounds with the chrome tranny, chrome primary, powder coated diamond cut heads, powder coated oil pan, powder coated tranny pan and a list of chrome covers longer than your arm. Last year the primary was completely rebuilt with all new gears, a new belt was installed, the clutch was replaced with a Barnett Scorpion race clutch, the front end was rebuilt with new seals and fluids, the motor mounts were replaced, the tranny was rebuilt by Baker to handle the additional power of the freshly rebuilt engine and she was also fitted with new Metzler whitewall tires. Additionally, the stock EFI system was gutted and replaced with a much more efficient and responsive Delphi system. Everything on this bike is custom from the mirrors, hand controls, bars, grips, floor boards, shifter peg, brake pedal to the license plate assembly. The custom painted rims are laced with diamond cut spokes and have Drag Specialties chrome hubs. You will also noticed that the front has been lowered 1 ½” and the rear was lowered by an inch as well. Optional accessories include the quick release driver and passenger back rests, a quick release luggage rack, a H-D touring seat, a quick release tour pack with backrest, a 2” extended windshield, leather pouches for the windshield and saddle guards as well as bag liners for the saddle bags and the tour pack. The current and original owner of this bike has pampered it since day one and has a stack of paperwork for all work that has been done to it. You will notice in the photos that absolutely no expense was spared nor was any stone left unturned during the customization of this beauty. With 13,500 miles on the engine and 500 on the tranny and clutch this bike is just barely broken in. With an asking price that represents 1/3 of the build cost this bike sure to move quick so don’t wait to call as might be too late!
